Description – You will work on your own at your own pace, texting and calling potential property owners representing our company with the intention of buying their home. You will be provided lists and software to contact prospective leads and those leads will be then turned over to our acquisition manager.
Description – You will be responsible for taking leads from our LGS’s, analyzing the initial information and contacting the lead to determine seller motivation level and viability of an offer. You will discuss your recommendation and details of the possible acquisition with a senior team member and the offer is presented to the seller.
Senior Team Member
Description – You will be responsible for working with our LGS’s, AM’s and the GM. You will provide all training and support required for the other team members. You will be responsible for securing financing for flips and/or buy and holds. You will also be responsible for all contract assignments. You will be responsible for all marketing efforts required for securing contractors as well as property sales. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of rehabs and subsequent sales of the redeveloped property. You will be the point of contact for attorneys and title companies. You will be responsible for obtaining all project permits and any dealings with county, city and state contacts when necessary.
